95% of our staff are former campers at Camp Eagle Feather. So, we have the great privilege and peace of mind in having counselors that we have known for years. This is hugely important to us; our staff play a critical role in fostering community, carrying out the mission, and in continuing the culture that is so important at camp. Our staff are also fun loving, mature, responsible, and certified in the activities they run.
