Session Dates

Session 1:  June 23 – July 3 (No camp July 4th.  Make up Saturday, June 28th.)

Session 2:  July 7 – July 18

Session 3:  July 21 – August 1

Session 4:  August 4 – August 15

Price Per Session

Camper:  $875

CIT:  $750

Payment Policy:

In the 2 weeks following your enrollment confirmation, families must submit a payment form.  If your payment form is not submitted within 2 weeks of your enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel your spot.

Camp Eagle Feather Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations of campers not attending full season made on or prior to April 1st will receive a full refund. *
  • Cancellations made between April 1st and June 1st will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee per session per child cancelled.
  • Cancellations made after June 1st will receive a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee per session per child cancelled.
  • If your child misses 5 or more days of camp due to illness or injury, one-half of the tuition will be refunded.
  • There will be no refunds for no shows.
  • *After December 12th, families that have signed up for the Full Season program will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per session, per child cancelled.
  • *After June 1st, families that have signed up for the Full Season program will be charged a $200 cancellation fee per session, per child cancelled.

Storm Refund Policy:

  • If in the director’s judgement, a camp day must be cancelled or shortened due to a storm we will not be providing refunds or credits for the missed time.  If multiple days are missed due to a storm, refunds may be given at the director’s discretion.
