RETURNING CAMPERS, CITS and SIBLINGS

In order to assure that every child who wishes to return to camp may do so, registration for the 2008 season will be held for returning campers and their siblings in three phases.  Please note:  Phase 2 and  Phase 3 are on the same weekend. 

 

Phase 1

FULL SEASON (ONLY) REGISTRATION

Saturday, December 8, 2007 from 9:00 AM until noon.  

Returning families may register their children for a full season (all 4 sessions).  This phase of registration is only intended for families that truly wish to send their children to camp for all 4 sessions.  Please do not sign up for a full season of camp with the intention of canceling 1 or more sessions at a later date.  To insure that this does not happen the deposit for full season campers will be non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you cancel an individual session the deposit for that session ($200.00) is forfeit and may not be credited toward other sessions.  The total deposit for full season registration is $800.00   All deposits for full season campers must be received on or before December 22.  CITs may not register for a full season.

 

 Phase 2

Saturday, January 5, 2008 from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

Returning families that did not register for full season may register each child for a maximum of one session per child.  Siblings who have not been to camp may also register at this time. 

 

 Phase 3

Sunday, January 6, 2008 from 12:00 PM until 4:30 PM. 

Returning families that did not register for full season may augment their previous registrations with as many additional sessions as they choose.  Of course any returning families that could not call during the earlier phases may register at this time, and may also choose as many sessions as they would like.

ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ON A FIRST COME AND SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS!

NEW CAMPERS

New camper registration begins on Saturday, January, 12, 2008 from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

 

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration will be by telephone only.

Call (860) 563-2804.  Normal office hours are 9:00AM until 4:30PM

  1. Initial Registration should be made by telephone.

  2. Following telephone contact, registration and medical forms will be mailed to you.

  3. The completed registration form and a (non-refundable) per camper, per session deposit must be returned, via mail, within seven days in order to complete a camper's registration.

  4. The medical form must be completed by your doctor and returned to camp at least two weeks before your child's arrival.

  5. Final payment must be received by two weeks prior to your child's arrival at camp.

  6. If your child misses 5, or more, days of camp, due to illness, or injury, one-half of the fee will be refunded.
