2024 Dates and Fees

Payment Policy:

In the 2 weeks following your enrollment confirmation, families must submit a payment form.  If your payment form is not submitted within 2 weeks of your enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel your spot.

Camp Eagle Feather Refund Policy:

• Cancellations for campers that did not enroll full season made on or prior to April 1st will receive a full refund. *
• Cancellations made after April 1st will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee per session cancelled.
• If your child misses 5 or more days of camp due to illness, injury, one-half of the tuition will be refunded.
• There will be no refunds for no shows.
• *After December 13th, families that have signed up for the Full Season program will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per session cancelled regardless of the date.

Storm Refund Policy:

• If in the director’s judgement, a camp day must be cancelled or shortened due to a storm we will not be providing refunds or credits for the missed time.  If multiple days are missed due to a storm, refunds may be given at the director’s discretion.
